Getting things done. Sure, that sounds pretty simple, and certainly straightforward... except, how many times have you walked out of a meeting and wondered if any of those things the group just talked about will actually get done? Do you find yourself asking, three weeks later, "Hey, where are those budget adjustments Sam promised?" Or have YOU, with all good intentions, committed to do something and then accidentally not done it?

Suddenly, "getting things done" is not so simple - and getting trickier by the minute.

  • Sense of urgency
  • Things happen faster
  • Promise = Delivery
  • Shorter, clearer meetings
  • Things that aren’t working, stop
  • People get things done!
