New York Times Frequent Flier: Putting Little Travel Setbacks in Perspective
By Michelle DeAngelis as told to Joan Raymond
I started my business on one simple principle. People need to feel more alive and find the joy in everyday things. If I'm going to preach to chief executives about finding that joy, I need to break out of my own box and have new life experiences.
I'm an adventurer. I've raced a Formula One car. I've flown upside down in a small airplane. But I have never experienced biking. I don't mean biking as in biking on a Schwinn. I mean biking as in motorcycle mania and hopping on a machine that makes a lot of noise and cries freedom.
